Dominican Winter Professional Baseball: Fall is encouraged with the games of the winter baseball series, which take place in the stadiums of Santo Domingo, Santiago, San Francisco de Macoris, San Pedro de Macoris, and La Romana. A free outdoor show with Dominican folk dancers that begins at 7:00pm every Friday and Saturday at the Plaza de España in the Colonial City of Santo Domingo all year long. For the month of December, due to the Christmas festivities, the event will be held at different locations throughout the Colonial City.
