- Original passport with a photocopy of the identification page (photo) and the latest entries into the country.
- Affidavit of Single Status certifying that both partners are single.
- Original Birth Certificates of the couple and any shared children.
- Divorce Certificate(s) or Death Certificate(s), if applicable.
- Two or more witnesses with valid passports; they cannot be family members.
- The couple must arrive in the country 3 working days before the wedding.
It is important to note that civil ceremonies are conducted only in Spanish, but a translator can be requested. Additionally, the required documentation may vary depending on the country of origin of the couple.
