Rafting

The southwest region of the Dominican Republic has so many hidden treasures to discover🗺🌊 Located in the Azua province, Playa Caracoles is nestled between La cordillera Central and Ocoa Bay. Its scenic mountains offer spectacular views. Most visitors come for sightseeing, and to enjoy a magical sunrise or sunset Sally can find seashells by the seashore here too, not to sell, but to marvel at the way they decorate the beach😉🐚

La Puerta de la Misericordia was built in 1543 in Renaissance style.🕊 It is part of the defensive walls which once surrounded the entire Colonial City. In the colonial period, this gate was protected by the Fort of San Gil. Some say it’s named this way because after a strong earthquake in 1842, it served as a meeting point to ask God for mercy. Which Dominican monuments are in your bucket list?🇩🇴🌿
