Each year the event is attended by hundreds of people linked to the tourism sector, including: General Managers, Chefs, Food and Beverage Directors, Owners and managers of hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, catering services, bars, hospitals, casinos, pastry shops, institutional canteens, Purchasing Managers and representatives of foreign brands.
