The XV edition of the Mango Expo will be held from June 19 to 23 at the Plazoleta of the Baní Town Hall, Peravia Province. It is held to celebrate the harvest of the Dominican mango and promote it, highlighting its social, economic and cultural value for the city of Bani and the Dominican Republic. It also seeks to promote Baní from the ecotourism point of view. The activities programmed during the fair include dishes and tastings, exhibitions and sales, artistic presentations, equipment and machinery, technologies, tours to plantations, conferences and talks, competitions and business tables. This year’s slogan is “Baní: Mango Capital”.
