The Ministry of Culture returns with the most anticipated event by the Dominican families, « The Long Night of Museums: Summer Edition », to be held on Saturday, August 03, in the Colonial City of Santo Domingo.

The event, which celebrates the number 507 anniversary of the founding of the Colonial City of Santo Domingo, will have a program full of music, theater, cinema, puppets, creativity workshops, recitals, reading, artistic presentations and exhibitions; and a closing concert by Manny Cruz in Plaza España.

The museums that will be open with constant activities are Alcazar de Colón, Royal Houses, Fortress of Santo Domingo (Ozama), Trampoline Museum, Juan Pablo Duarte Wax Museum, Theater House and Cocoa Museum.
