Come enjoy the first play of the Lope de Vega Theater’s theater season #TTT2023. The dramatic comedy « Las Cosas Extraordinarias » (Extraordinary Things) will be presented on March 17 and 18 at 8:30 p.m. and March 19 at 7:00 p.m. It is an up-close, funny and profound stage show that promotes hope as a  defense mechanism against dramatic events in family life.

Written by English playwright Duncan Macmillan and directed by Puerto Rican Ismanuel Rodríguez, the play is full of strength, internal conflicts and moments of comedy in the face of life’s transcendent themes.

Dominican actress Xiomara Rodríguez, the protagonist, will greet the audience at the theater’s entrance to give them an immersive experience through the list of extraordinary things that the audience will share in a loud voice to create the theatrical story together.
