Le pays abrite les plus beaux parcours de golf des Caraïbes et d’Amérique latine. Il est le leader incontesté du golf sous les tropiques. Au moins sept de nos parcours figurent parmi les 50 meilleurs sites de la région selon le magazine Golf Week. Punta Espada est dans le Top 10, Los Corales a accueilli le PGA Tour 2018 à Punta Cana et Teeth of the Dog, à Casa de Campo. De la Romana à Punta Cana, en passant par Juan Dolio et Puerto Plata, nos parcours comptent 86 trous avec vue sur la mer et 39 au bord de l’océan. Ces parcours offrent des tees en bord de mer ou à l’intérieur des terres luxuriantes conçus par des architectes les plus réputés spécialisés en terrains de golf, dont Pete Dye, Jack Nicklaus, Robert Trent Jones Sr, Gary Player, Tom Fazio, Nick Price et Greg Norman.

Les parcours maintes fois primés de la République dominicaine, le bleu lumineux de l’océan, de la mer et des lacs, les luxuriantes collines verdoyantes figurent sur la «bucket list» de tous les amateurs de golf.

Bonao
L’un des deux terrains de golf situés dans Catalonia Bávaro Resort à Punta Cana, Alberto Sola a conçu Cabeza de Toro Golf Club comme un parcours plus court mais stimulant, de neuf trous entourés de palmiers ondulant sous la brise et de cinq lacs pour des vues incomparables.
Punta Cana
Alberto Sola et Jack Corrie ont conçu ce Caribe Golf Club de 18 trous faisant partie du Catalonia Bávaro Resort pour les golfeurs de tous niveaux. Ce terrain de golf comprend un grand lac – avec d’impressionnants trous 5, 6 et 15 – cinq lagons et de nombreux arbres à ombrage.

Jouez sur le terrain de golf de 18 trous le plus proche de la ville.
Saint-Domingue
Conçu par Gary Player, le terrain de golf à 18 trous borde une réserve naturelle. Bien qu’il ait rapidement acquis la réputation de parcours difficile, les golfeurs de tous niveaux peuvent y jouer grâce à ses cinq tees de départ.
Juan Dolio
José “Pepe” Gancedo a conçu les trois parcours de neuf trous de Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Cet Espagnol, six fois champion, a utilisé le terrain naturel d’une ancienne plantation de cocotiers pour les 27 trous, avec des lacs calmes et des palmiers ondulant sous les vents constants.
Punta Cana
Cette création de 18 trous de Tom Fazio, offrant six trous au bord de l’océan, dans des falaises rocheuses, à proximité de la mer des Caraïbes, a rapidement placé Corales Golf Club comme l’un des terrains de golf de la République dominicaine sur lesquels il faut absolument jouer.
Punta Cana
Des vues époustouflantes sur la vallée fluviale de Chavón et sept trous en bordure de falaise ne sont que quelques points forts de ce magnifique terrain de golf de Pete Dye.
La Romana
Un terrain de golf conçu par Jack Nicklaus, Hard Rock Golf Club à Cana Bay offre aux golfeurs de tous niveaux un défi de 18 trous alors que les vents soufflent à travers une végétation tropicale autochtone, s’étendant jusqu’aux bords des fairways.
Punta Cana
Les golfeurs de tous les niveaux auront plaisir à jouer sur le terrain de golf de 18 trous conçu par Pete B. Dye à Iberostate Bávaro Golf Club, comprenant des bunkers de sable, lacs et rochers caractéristiques de Dye, tous nichés dans un paysage luxuriant sur un terrain élevé.
