L’équitation est profondément ancrée dans la culture dominicaine, c’est une tradition qui remonte à l’époque coloniale espagnole. Des randonnées à cheval vous seront proposées n’importe où et vous permettront d’arpenter les collines et les villages colorés de notre pays. Les collines de Puerto Plata vous couperont le souffle en vous offrant de magnifiques chemins de randonnée qui longent les fleuves, les pâturages et vous permettront d’admirer de vastes étendues de paysages purement caribéens. Galopez dans les vallées, au milieu des cocotiers de Samaná et profitez du magnifique panorama offert par les miradors situés au sommet des collines. À Bayahíbe, vous pourrez même vous aventurer dans les collines qui longent les plantations de sucre. La Casa de Campo de La Romana abrite l’un des meilleurs centres équestres des Caraïbes et de nombreux élevages de bétail. Vous pourrez y prendre des cours d’équitation western ou à l’anglaise.

Quel que soit votre niveau, l’équitation est sans doute l’un des meilleurs moyens d’explorer la campagne de la République dominicaine.

Le centre équestre de Casa de Campo est l’un des mieux équipés des Caraïbes. Aussi bien les débutants que les cavaliers passionnés peuvent trouver leur compte ici, le long des chemins utilisés par le bétail du ranch de Casa de Campo.

Faites une randonnée guidée autour des ravissants villages et vallées de Constanza. Les parcours proposés incluent une randonnée au monument El Divino Niño ou le long des forêts de pins de la Vallée de Constanza.
