Dominican Republic Reports Record Tourist Arrival Figures for March | The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, reported that the month of March was a period of significant growth and rebound in the recovery of tourism in the country since the beginning of the pandemic, reaching record arrival numbers of 263,867 tourists, a 3.4 percent increase compared to the same month in 2020. Collado also indicated a 56 percent growth compared to February 2021 and a 39 percent flight increase in March compared to the previous month.
