President of the Dominican Republic Inaugurates Project in Samaná | On February 21, the president of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, along with Minister of Tourism, David Collado and other tourism officials, inaugurated the reconstruction of the El Limón-Plata Morón highway in Samaná. The project, which was completed in less than six months, covers 6.2 kilometers and an approximate cost of $2.1M. The reconstruction of this road will greatly impact the tourist development of El Limón, allowing access to Morón beach, and contributing to more job opportunities in the area. mitur.gob.do
