Grupo Punta Cana, through the Grupo Punta Cana Foundation, aims to promote Dominican art and culture. Carnival celebrates Dominican folklore through music, dancing, and elaborate costumes. Punta Cana is just one of the many places that celebrate Carnival in Dominican Republic during the month of February.
