The Italian Dominican Chamber of Commerce and the Italian Embassy in Santo Domingo invite you to the 4^th Italian Cuisine Week Worldwide, which will take place in 55 countries at the same time, with the theme of “Food education: culture of taste” . The initiative is coordinated by around 300 diplomatic and consular offices and Italian cultural institutes. It seeks to promote the agriculture-food industry in Italy and the tradition of high quality food and wines abroad. Seminars, conferences, meetings with chefs, cooking classes, tastings, dinners, movies, concerts and photographic exhibitions will be offered, accompanied by more than 1,000 promotional activities. Participating restaurants: Borbone di Napoli, Trattoria Pizzarelli, Cappuccino, La Locanda, Il Caminetto, La Briciola, Sega Zona, Ristorante Angelo, La Marina, Martini Trattoria, Il Bacaretto, Botega Fratelli and Dolce Italia. On November 19, there will be a tasting of Italian wines, at 6:30 p.m. in El Catador.
