The fourth edition of the Santo Domingo East Carnival will count with the participation of more than 50 troupes from several invited Provinces. The thousands of people who congregate all along Epaña Avenue dance to salsa and urban music with popular exponents of those genres. Santo Domingo East Carnival is one of the most colorful in the country, which seeks to keep Dominican values and customs alive.
