Enjoy a unique night with a special menu designed by three great culinary stars at Chefs Night with live music by Miguel Ángel Soul. From France, Jerome Bondaz (Tortuga Bay Puntacana Resort & Club); from Spain, Santiago Salamanca (La Cana Golf & Beach Club) and from Peru, Carlos Robles (The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club). An eight-course menu will be offered, inspired by the 50^th anniversary of the Puntacana Group, where 50 ingredients will be used from the Grupo Puntacana Foundation’s garden, seafood and land products. The chefs will use techniques with great respect for the ingredients, combining tradition and avant-garde to provide a culinary experience unique in its class. It will be a journey of flavors with the different culinary influences of each of the outstanding Executive Chefs.
