Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort is a large-scale property designed to accommodate the meetings and events segment in Punta Cana. With a total of 928 guest rooms, the resort offers a comprehensive infrastructure suitable for corporate groups, incentive programs, and mid-sized association meetings. The property features three meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of up to 320 attendees, ideal for plenary sessions, conferences, and corporate meetings. The function rooms are conveniently located near the lobby area, providing easy access from guest accommodations and the parking area, ensuring efficient logistics and attendee flow. As a complementary venue, the resort offers the “Sunset” terrace, with a maximum capacity of 80 guests, ideal for cocktail receptions, executive gatherings, and networking events in an outdoor setting. Additionally, designated beach areas are available for private events, themed dinners, and special group functions overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The resort is divided into an adults-only section and a family section, allowing groups to be segmented according to event profile and ensuring enhanced privacy when required. From an operational standpoint, the hotel provides in-house audiovisual services, ensuring direct technical support and streamlined coordination for event setups and production needs. Many groups also choose to arrange private buyouts of the themed restaurants, offering an alternative to traditional meeting space and enhancing the overall culinary experience while optimizing ballroom usage. As part of the brand’s expansion plan, 1,000 additional rooms are currently under construction, which will significantly increase the complex’s overall capacity and further strengthen its positioning within the MICE segment in the destination.
