Gastronomy in Pedernales

Pedernales is the largest source of spiny lobsters in the country. The most well-known restaurants, such as King Crab, Jalicar, and Perla Negra, prepare them grilled or according to your choice of recipe. Since there are no restaurants in Bahía de las Águilas, tourists go early to be able to return for lunch in Cabo Rojo, at the restaurant La Cueva de las Águilas, right on the beach.
