Ron Barceló Historic Center

Travel to the city of San Pedro de Macorís, 15 minutes east of Juan Dolio, for an informative tour of the Ron Barceló distillery, one of the most important brands in the country. Inaugurated in 2012, the Ron Barceló Historical Center is a museum about the history of rum in the country, its role in culture, and the production process of Barceló. You will be able to visit the rum barrel warehouses and taste the different varieties at the tasting bar, and purchase your favorites in the shop before you leave.
